Beyond OS LLC ("Beyond OS," "we," "us") operates beyondos.io. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Customers who use the Beyond OS software are covered by the privacy and data processing terms in their subscription agreement.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us or request early access, we receive your name, email address, agency name, phone number, and anything else you choose to include.
- Technical information. When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is used to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse.
- Cookies. The site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to tell real visitors from automated traffic.
How we use information
- To reply to you and to manage early-access requests.
- To send you information about Beyond OS that you asked for. You can opt out of marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with law and to protect our rights and the rights of others.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the website and our business (for example, website hosting and email), who may use it only to provide services to us.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect safety, rights, or property.
- A successor, if Beyond OS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only for the purpose you agreed to. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sw@beyondos.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.
Children
This website and Beyond OS are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
