Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of beyondos.io (the "Site"), operated by Beyond OS LLC ("Beyond OS," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. For business use, 18+
The Site and Beyond OS are for business use only. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Site on behalf of a business, such as an insurance agency, or in evaluating Beyond OS for one. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
2. The Site is informational
The Site describes Beyond OS and its planned and current features. Features, availability, integrations, and compliance statuses may change. Sample screens and figures on the Site are illustrations, not real customer data. Cost comparisons are estimates of third-party tool costs and are not a quote or offer.
3. Software subscriptions are separate
Use of the Beyond OS software is governed by a separate written subscription agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the subscription agreement controls for the software.
4. Not insurance or legal advice
Beyond OS is software for insurance professionals. Nothing on the Site is insurance, legal, tax, or compliance advice. Beyond OS does not sell insurance or bind coverage through the Site. Licensed users remain responsible for their own licensing, advice to clients, and regulatory compliance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; scrape or harvest the Site by automated means except as allowed by robots.txt; use the Site to send spam or unlawful content; or copy the Site's design, text, or code to build a competing product.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, the Beyond OS name and logo, and all content on the Site are owned by Beyond OS LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Other product and company names are the property of their owners and are used only for identification. You may view the Site for your own business evaluation; no other license is granted.
7. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, BEYOND OS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Beyond OS harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma, or the federal district that includes it, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
